Each year we try to share with you some of the events that locals get information about. We handpick some events that we personally will attend, and that we find valuable to share. This newly established bar in Stavanger øst, just by Tou scene, is the perfect location for a litte craftbeer bar. Located on the premises of the old brewey ( Tou).
This day/ evening there will be a tap takeover, and you ll be able to vote for the best brewery and their xmas beers. Each brewery brings two xmas beers each.
Attending breweries: 7 Fjell, Austmann, Haandbryggeriet, Kinn, Lervig, Nøgne Ø.

HITYAMAC is an abreviation of "Have i told you about my artic childhood". This is a live art performance, video installation and music piece.

Most of you know FARGEGATEN. Most of you know Bøker og Børst, and all the little wonderfull kafes in this street. This is the offical opening of the christmas street this year.

Stavanger will finally get a store dedicated to handpicked second hand clothes. Fretex in østervåg has long served as one of few shops that provides the people in Stavanger with vintage and second hand clothes. Now, there will be one more. We are extremely happy to welcome this shop in Stavanger. The owner is a vibrant and young lady with an extraordinary sense of style. We are sure that the items being sold in this shop will be of interest to many of the fashionistas out there.

06.12.2015 PLACE: KUNSTHALL STAVANGER WHAT:THE CHILDRENS ARTCLUB AUTUMN EXHIBITION
The Kids' Art Club at Kunsthall Stavanger invites you to the opening of their one-night only Winter Exhibition. Here, you can see all the art they have produced during the fall. These include sculptures produced in collaboration with artist Margrethe Aanestad, installations produced in collaboration with artist Elin Melberg, performances performed in collaboration with artist Ingrid Toogood and dancer Therese Markhus, and video performances made in collaboration with artist Cory Arcangel. The exhibition is curated by curator and director of Rogaland Kunstsenter Geir Haraldseth.

Frank Capra`s classic. Many of you might not know that Stavanger Sølvberget has a cinematek screening every week. They show high quality movies, and often classics. This year, as every year, they finish of with ITS A WONDERFULL LIFE.

19.12.2015 PLACE: TOU SCENE WHAT: CONCERT WITH KITCHEN ORCHESTRA
Each year a lucky group of people get to experience the unique combination of musicians for this christmas tradition. Its a potpurri of styles, musical genres, inspirations and musical landscapes. it is a sought after event, and if you consider getting a ticket, you should get it early. This year the ensemble is featuring Jørgen Tjemsland, a local musical trubadur whos lyrics are poetic and real. It will most definitly be as good as it is every year.
